Initial Survey – How did we do ?
Debbie spent a lot of time getting to know the house and how the rooms to be worked on functioned. We were both kept fully involved in this process by her.
Presentation & design – How did we do ?
The designs prepared by Debbie made best use of the space available within the respective rooms and were appropriately sympathetic to the age and character of the different areas of the house. We were given generous amounts of time with Debbie and Kim at the showroom to help us to visualise in 3D how the designs would look once completed and to make informed decisions about colours, cabinet furniture etc.
I can’t praise the installation team highly enough. Chris, Max, Ethan and Jamie were highly professional, courteous and a pleasure to host in our home. Chris and Max exhibited levels of skill in the main guest bedroom and the study that belied just how young they are to have achieved results very senior craftsmen (and women) would be proud of. Nicki’s brother Dave, a highly respected builder, was very complimentary about their work.
Installation of work surfaces & finish
The finish is superb. Max was spotted stroking it on a couple of occasions.
General Quality of Cabinetry and Internals
The high quality of the cabinetry is exactly what we expected to receive after identifying Barnes during extensive research of the various companies offering this service in the area.
General finish to cabinetry ie. paint, oil, varnish, handles etc.
Adrian has done a superb job finishing the cabinetry and completing the other decorative works. His skill has also been praised by Nicki’s brother Dave.
Customer service & aftercare
Kim has been a superb point of contact and operates on a “nothing is too much trouble” basis with the clients.
